This year, we proudly continue this tradition with an updated structure and renewed energy to recognize the projects, practices, and processes that deliver exceptional value. Together, we not only achieve great results but ensure that innovative ideas and impactful efforts are shared, scaled, and celebrated across our organization.
About Stars of the Year
Projects can be submitted to two award groups: Group Awards, where submissions are evaluated within the scope of their respective group (e.g., pladis, Food, Retail, Gözde & HQ), and Yıldız Holding Awards, where submissions from all companies and groups are evaluated regardless of the company or group they belong to.
The award categories are divided into two groups: Group Awards, which include Driving Growth, Achieving Operational Excellence, Winning the Customer, and Investing in People, and Yıldız Holding Awards, which include Shaping the Future, Synergy in Action, Sustainable Impact, and Chair’s Award of the Year.
The winning project teams will receive a total reward of 5,000 USD, recognizing their exceptional achievements and contributions.

After the jury evaluation is completed, shortlisted projects will be available for employee voting directly on this website.
The award ceremony will be held in September 2026. Exact dates will be announced on this website soon.
