How to apply?

Projects can be submitted to two award groups: Group Awards, where submissions are evaluated within the scope of their respective group (e.g., pladis, Food, Retail, Gözde & HQ), and Yıldız Holding Awards, where submissions from all companies and groups are evaluated regardless of the company or group they belong to.

What are the categories?

The award categories are divided into two groups: Group Awards, which include Driving Growth, Achieving Operational Excellence, Winning the Customer, and Investing in People, and Yıldız Holding Awards, which include Shaping the Future, Synergy in Action, Sustainable Impact, and Chair’s Award of the Year.

What are the awards?

The winning project teams will receive a total reward of 5,000 USD, recognizing their exceptional achievements and contributions.

"Stars of the Year" Awarded for the 17th Time

Innovative projects by employees of Yıldız Holding and its companies that add value to both society and business were awarded at the 17th Stars of the Year Award Ceremony. As one of the key events contributing to Yıldız Holding’s culture of learning from one another and celebrating achievements together, the Stars of the Year Award Ceremony was held at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall with participation from Yıldız Holding employees and stakeholders from around the world.

The "Stars of the Year Award Ceremony," where Yıldız Holding employees share innovative projects that add value to society and business, was held for the 16th time this year. The projects deemed worthy of the award were selected through voting by 75,000 Yıldız Holding employees and an expert jury from around the world.

Yıldız Holding Rewards “Stars of the Year” for the 15th Time

Yıldız Holding celebrated the 15th year of its "Stars of the Year Award Ceremony", where its companies compete with valuable projects. 236 project applications were received for the competition, which awards projects focused on business results as well as those creating social impact. The winners were chosen by the votes of the Holding's 75,000 employees and the main jury.
